Mission: Ensure data & process accuracy/integrity on the operational level so as to effectively support the business management.
Main job responsibilities:
1. Assist HRBP in daily operational tasks, e.g. people data management and analysis, preparation for HR projects, etc.
2. Coordinate with different functions (admin, HR Services/CoE, Finance, IT, etc.) to facilitate the HR process
Preferred candidates are:
1. Available for 6 months internship with full engagement
2. Eager to be HR professional after graduation
3. With strength in logic thinking and be self-motivated
