Research & Analysis

·        Conduct economy, industry, or target company research and summarize the research result in report format.

·        Financial data analysis.

·        Search comparable companies / transactions, and calculate market multiples and WACC accordingly.

·        Provide data processing and analytical support to FAS service lines in business development, project delivery, knowledge management and thought leadership initiatives.

·        Review the work of junior team members.

Other ad-hoc work

Support Managers and Service Line Coaches in practice development initiatives include but not limited to

·        Design tools and templates for project delivery

·        Design internal management processes

·        Prepare training material

Qualifications /资格条件

·  Bachelor degree or Master degree with major in accounting, finance, economics, or other related subject.

·  Minimum of two-three years related work experience, with experience in consulting firm or research institution preferred.

·  Strong communication and report writing skills in both English and Chinese. 

·  CFA, CPA, or other technical designation would be an advantage.

·  A good team player with excellent analytical, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

·  Proficient in Internet search and Microsoft Office products.

·  Familiar with data research tools such as Bloomberg, Capital IQ, and WIND would be a plus.
