Requirements Gathering and Analysis
Assist in meetings with business, product, and technical teams to capture business needs and pain points
Help organize and document business processes and user scenarios, and draft initial requirement documents or flowcharts under guidance
Support requirement analysis, including identifying priorities and business impact
Documentation and Maintenance
Assist in drafting and maintaining Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional/Product Requirement Documents (FRD/PRD), etc.
Organize meeting minutes, change requests, and project-related documentation to ensure completeness and traceability
Data Collection and Basic Analysis
Collect business data (such as operational metrics, user feedback, etc.) and perform basic aggregation and processing under guidance
Use Excel / BI tools to conduct simple data analysis to support business decisions
Project Support and Coordination
Help track the end-to-end lifecycle of requirements from initiation to go-live, and update requirement status and progress
Assist in organizing and participating in requirement review meetings, test case review meetings, etc., and follow up on action items
Support communication with tech, QA, operations and other teams to drive issue resolution
Testing and Acceptance Support
Participate in functional acceptance testing under guidance, execute test cases and record issues
Help consolidate user feedback and follow up on bug fixes and release status

English speaking and good writing skill
