职位描述：

Unity Technologies is looking for Business Development Manager who will assist the Business Development team. Our team is responsible for ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, adoption, and growth across Unity’s platform and services.

Responsibilities

Work with Business Development and Partner Managers to assess customer needs, manage overall expectations, handle customer inquiries, and resolve customer issues

Gather, uncover and consolidate market research on the gaming and non-gaming markets to help identify new opportunities and compare competitive business models

Consistently and effectively, use our CRM and order fulfillment systems to support license management and purchasing process flows

Represent the customer’s needs within Unity to support product management, marketing and other Unity groups as appropriate

Requirements

Passion for the video game business and for the products/services themselves

Understanding of the video games development process and cycle

Business development/publishing/sales experience

Motivated and energetic self-starter who can communicate effectively at all levels

Ability to follow direction and adapt to changing conditions

Comfortable dealing with a technical software product

Superior work ethic and level of ownership

Strong presentation, organizational and planning skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
