Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities 主要工作职责 1. Provide efficient and professional administrative support to the regional sales team 为大区的销售团队提供有效和专业的行政支持: Archiving and verifying the expense of assigned sales team ,mailing the bills as a group to finance every month; 存档和核查指定销售团队的报销费用,每月以团队的形式将账单邮寄给财务部; Collate the sales reports and communicate corporate policy to sales; 收集销售的报告并传达公司的政策给销售人员; Logistic support to monthly meeting organized by RM and maintenance of routine meeting or training timetable, participating and taking minutes as appropriate; 为每月的大区经理例会提供后勤支援,维持常规会议或培训的时间安排,参与会议并做适当的会议记录; Verify the report of quarterly bonus, SFA , DPK examination and the E-learning completion; 审核季度奖金的报告,SFA , DPK考试和网络培训的完成情况; Travel and accommodation arrangements and timely expense claim for RM; 为大区经理提供差旅和住宿安排以及及时的报销费用; Regularly update HR information and assist HR procedures for sales team. 定期更新人事信息并为销售团队协助办理人事手续。 2. JDE application, such as flight/train tickets, business card and computer; JDE申请,如机票/火车票,名片和电脑。 3. Accomplish any other tasks assigned by the superior, offer on-site support for local events if necessary 完成上级领导分配的其他任务,如在需要时为当地活动提供现场支持。
