Key Responsibilities:
· HR operation handling including on barding/exit, personnel profile management, legal employment, contract management and employee transaction. etc.
· Plant BC recruiting.
· Training records updating, and logistics support for the training activities.
· Monthly payroll supporting with punctuality & accuracy.
· Social Insurance and Housing Fund administration--- work with Fesco
· Medical Insurance in & out management
· Staff Permit assistance, incl. 留学生落户, 居住证积分, etc
· Support on HR Operation on related tasks as per assigned
Essential Requirements:
· Bachelor or above degree, major in HR, administration, English, or other related majors is a plus
· Be able to work as full-time intern at least 3 days per week
· Strong at Power point, excel sheet, etc. office soft wares
· Good team player and communication skills
· Intelligent and good logic thinking
· Stable and reliable
· Can work under pressure

· Are well organised and have the ability to prioritise
· Be proactive with ‘Can-do ’attitude and take ownership
