Job Responsibilities:
Provide accurate, clear, and culturally appropriate translation for meetings, presentations, and business communications between Chinese and English.
Translate in real-time during meetings, conferences, and discussions to ensure effective communication between all parties.
Assist with day-to-day business tasks, including scheduling, preparing reports, and coordinating with different teams.
Support cross-functional teams in executing business operations and strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment and efficiency.
Facilitate seamless communication with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues in both the local and international markets.
Job Requirements:
Language Proficiency: Native or near-native proficiency in both Chinese and English, with strong translation skills.
Experience: Prior experience in a translation role, with preference for those who have experience as a business assistant or in a similar position.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with attention to cultural nuances.
Organizational Skills: Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Cultural Sensitivity: In-depth understanding of local Saudi culture and business practices.
