Background:

Microbenefits (MB) is a social enterprise providing a worker-tech mobile platform with a mission to improve worker’s lives in China and Southeast Asia. To improve its service offering and enable its ecosystem stakeholders to further flourish, the company is developing a series of new products and services.

 

Description:

You’ll work with MB operations team to develop a new product/service on the current platform to improve EHS culture in factories. You’ll work alongside the Head of Operations to prepare the needs analysis, and be involved in product design and roll-out.  Ideally, the work is to start in Dec 2020 and be completed by January 2021.

 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Gather information from difference roles to understand current situation as well as clients’ needs;

2. Conduct product research and needs analysis to support product design;

3. Put together a plan to outline the resources needed, and address market opportunities and ways to charge;

 

Requirements:

1. Strong interest in product design, innovation and HR tech;

2. Experience in product research and professional services to manufacturing, product launch experience is preferred;

3. Understanding of EHS and factory operation would be a strong advantage;

4. Good command of both Mandarin and English;

5. A good team player with excellent communication skills.
