1. Communicate with business departments and managers to understand recruitment needs quickly and accurately.
2. Recruitment of international talents globally, primarily in US.
3. Arrange and coordinate interviews across international timezones.
4. Execute recruitment strategy, select and evaluate candidates matched and source top talents.
5. Assist in recruitment channels, training channels, and employer brand maintenance related work.
6. Conduct data analysis and quantify the recruitment process data, find recruitment problems and solve them in real time.
【Job Requirement】
1. Undergraduates or 2021 graduates.
2. Background in HR or related degree preferred.
3. Previous work or intern experience preferred.
4. Proficient in using office software such as MS Office.
5. Guarantee more than 4 working days of internship every week.
6. Active, proactive, patient, down-to-earth, efficient and good at communication.
7. English reading and writing comprehension at working proficiency, oral English at conversational proficiency.
