Tasks
1. Update organization chart of Airbus Helicopters China
2. Coordinate and arrange training sessions; update/modify training schedule according to business needs
3. Support HRBP to review Request for Personnel (RFP)
4. Record training attendance, summarize training results in the form of Excel or Powerpoint and complete initial data analysis
5. Other ad hoc tasks assigned by HRBP
Requirements
1. Good English & communication skills, English/HRM major is preferred
2. Be able to work 4-5 days from mid August until December
3. Detail-oriented with high sense of accountability
4. Multi-task is a plus
5. MS Office knowledge is required
