JOB DESCRIPTIONS
1.Technical support for customer centers worldwide and deliver daily assistance to them when and where it is necessary

2. Offer professional and timely service support to the Customer Centers, field service engineers and project engineers about all questions related to delivered Engineered Solutions Wuxi projects
2. 为客户中心、现场服务工程师和项目工程师提供专业、及时的服务支持,解决与工程解决方案无锡项目相关的所有问题
3. Continuously improving the project quality by a proactive failure reporting follow-up. This includes analyzing the reported issues and being the driving force to correct and prevent recurrence.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS
1.Bachelor’s degree or current student.
2. Native Mandarin speaker with good knowledge of English.
3. Proficient in IT tools such as Microsoft Office.
