Summary / Role Objective
He/She will be responsible to support the team of the repair center on daily activities such as inventory, spare part management and inbound/outbound. He/ she is independent and autonomous, solves issues proactively and continuously seeks for improvements being reliable in data entry an excel file management.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Logistic management Responsibilities:
Management of the Excel file for Before Sales and After Sales inbound / outbound
Printing and management of the Before Sales documentation from Kering Service system
Picking and management of physical items after HQ instruction.(take photo, move items on different shelves.)
Spare parts management Responsibilities:
Help to pick up the physical spare parts
Inventory management Responsibilities:
Excel file management of inventory for local destruction
Support to the team for the physical management of the items
Experience, business and technical skills:
Major in Logistic or Business administration
Intern experience from prior work in logistic department is preferred
Good Computer(Microsoft) skills
Good English skills would be appreciate
