What you can contribute?

·     Prepare a variety of distribution agreements accurately in line with commercial policy, collaborate with Legal and Field team to validate the agreements and ensure timely agreement conclusion, scan the signed copy and ensure accurate classification and archiving 

·     Follow up distributor sales flow and invoice monitoring as well as stock balance supporting document verification 

·     Assist in other routine work (e.g. data consolidation)

REQUIREMENTS: 

·     At least 3 days a week, preferably 6 months or longer 

·             Proficient user of Word and Excel
