RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES: • Execute the test and analysis of polymer materials, additives, fillers and sample produced by internal and external customer requirements. 执行聚合物材料、添加剂、填充剂以及内外部客户要求的样品的测试与分析。 • Provide credible test results clearly and timely base on professional operation and methods, and draft the test report in case required. 提供基于专业操作和方法的可靠测试结果，并清晰及时地出具测试报告。 • Daily check, Independently maintain the equipment; Regularly execute calibration on equipment if necessary. 每日检查，独立维护设备；定期对设备进行校准。 • Be familiar with the equipment, independently able to draft the work instructions and update all WI timely. 熟悉设备，能够独立起草工作指导书并及时更新所有工作指导书 • Be able to do the sample management and stimulate the process. 能够进行样品管理和流程优化。 • To study new test method and standard as regulatory requirements or new request by market and customers. 根据法规要求或市场和客户的新需求，研究新的测试方法和标准。 • Improve the technical capability as the project owner for the new project application and management. 作为新项目应用和管理的项目负责人，提升技术能力。 • Coordinate with other team to carry out inspection more efficiently and effectively. 与其他团队协调，更高效、有效地开展检验工作。 • Timely review the stock of reagents and disposable lab wares, estimate lead time and place order in SAP, to ensure the operation of equipment. 及时检查试剂和一次性实验室耗材的库存，预估采购提前期，并在SAP系统中下单，以确保设备的运行。 • Compliance of data protection. 遵守数据保护规定。 PERSON SPECIFICATION: (Typical knowledge, qualifications / experience required for job): Min. Requirement: Education:教育： • Bachelor (or above) degree majored in polymer / polymer testing, chemical, analysis etc. 本科（或以上）学位，专业为聚合物/聚合物测试、化学、分析等相关领域。 Work Experience:工作经验： • 0-5 years of experience in polymer/chemical test in China, outstanding graduates with Master degree is also welcome. 在中国有0-5年聚合物/化学测试经验，优秀的硕士毕业生也欢迎应聘。 • Experience in a larger-sized international company, 3rd party lab, R&D or lab of petrochemical industry. 有大型国际公司、第三方实验室、石化行业研发或实验室工作经验者优先。 • Good command in operating GPC, DSC, TMA, FTIR. 熟练掌握GPC、DSC、TMA、FTIR等设备的操作。
