Responsibilities:
1)Overall training management, incl. pre-training preparation, on-site training and facilitation support, after training follow up and summarization, as well system maintenance.
2)Design digital learning courses e.g. micro learning, video etc., support training promotion, incl. web-based community posting and management.
3)Idea system support, incl. data collection, gift storage & distribution.
4)WS support, incl. WS set-up and 5S, moderation material management, etc.
5)Other tasks assigned.
Requirements:
1) University student;
2)Able to work 4 days a week, at least 6 mouths
3)Good communication skills, good English skills both in written and speaking; good sense of customer orientation and being able to prioritize
4) Video, Web-page or wechat page design experience is prefered;
5) Flexible and motivated for learning.
