Role Summary/Purpose：

Provide support and engage in data & analytics/automation projects, play as a project manager and hands-on data engineering, data visualization jobs, leverage innovative technologies in data & analytics/automation to drive business impact. 

Essential Responsibilities 

•Assistant in capturing data & analytics/automation requirements from internal customers 

•Assistant in data identification, data verification with customers 

•Working in a technical environment to develop, deploy descriptive, diagnostic and predictive models/solutions 

•Support the development of software, data and technology platform that are service-oriented with reusable components that can be orchestrated together into different methods for different projects 

•Other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Requirements 

•Major in computer science, information management, engineering, finance, or business management. 

•Graduate in 2020. 

•Working knowledge of common MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 

•Good math skills: algebra, formulas, problem solving 

•Basic statistical operations: Normal Distribution, Variance, Comparative Analysis 

•Excellent communication skills, fluent in both English and Mandarin 

•Strong work ethic and results oriented 

•At least 2 months full time internship (July and Aug 2019) is preferred.

Desired Characteristics 

•Experience in a team environment, willing to lead, getting results through others 

•Familiar with data mining techniques, e.g Python, R, etc 

•Familiar with data visualization tools, e.g Tableau, Spotfire, Cognos, SAP BO, etc 

•Excellent interpersonal, presentation and facilitation skills. 

•Familiar with ETL tools, e.g. Talend, Informatica, etc 

•Familiar with RPA (Robotic Process Automation tools, e.g UIPath, Blue Prism、Automation Anywhere, etc
