Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist with Direct Labor (DL) recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and onboarding coordination.
2. Maintain recruitment records and update candidate databases.
3. Support pre-employment documentation and new hire orientation processes.
4. Assist in organizing and coordinating employee activities, company events, and recognition programs.
5. Perform other HR-related tasks and projects assigned by the HR Manager.
Qualifications
1. Major in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
4. Basic video editing skills using software such as CapCut.
5. Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn.
