Job Objective:
Study grinding mechanism during abrasive articles application including literature search and summary, related experiment establishment and result analysis, grinding mechanism simulation, etc.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Support R&D projects in terms of the prototype preparation, characterization and testing in lab.
2. Support grinding mechanism from the literature study, lab analysis and modeling setup.
3. Support sample characterizations in SGRS for SA and CP.
4. Other study areas deem appropriate as the research projects.
Job Requirements:
1. MS/PhD candidates, major in materials engineering, mechanical engineering, or chemical engineering, with undergraduate degree from a renowned university.
2. Diverse knowledge background is preferred, familiar with ceramic processing & powder metallurgy is a plus.
3. Proficient in using CAD software and solidworks is a plus.
4. Communication willing and skill, oral & written English, native Chinese speaker.
5. Creative, logic and analytic thinking, strong hand-on ability.
6. Self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility.
7. Can work for 3-5 days per week, last for more than 4 months.
