Key Job Accountabilities 主要职责：

1. To collect the past quality issues by interviewing PD, R&I, Packaging and plant teams

2. To draw from the conclusions by category of products the main good practices to implement to avoid such quality issues

3. To prepare a data base where all people can find these good practices

Requirement:

_ Technical background is preferred but not mandatory: a logical and systematical mindset is key;

_ Major in quality is preferred but not mandatory;

_ Good communication & problem-solving skills;

_ Full of responsibility, curiousness & carefulness ;

_ Working time: At least 3 days per week

Welfare & Payment

1. Wage:170 RMB per day before tax

2. Meal Allowance: 20 RMB per day
