We're currently looking for a Legal Officer, who will be based in Wuhan. Working closely with your colleagues around the world within the Legal Department, you will be in direct contact with the Directors of several companies of the group to conduct a global audit. Your missions can be divided into several assignments:
Intellectual property: Understand the challenges of a brand with an international dimension Insurance: policy implementation, risk analysis, etc.Commercial contracts: Handle contracts within a complex international context, as well as secure intergroup contractual relations: current accounts agreements, load distribution contract, partnership agreement, delegations of power/signature, etc.
YOUR PROFILE:
You graduate with a Bachelor or Master degree in Law studies. Obtaining a legal licence, you have already had a first work experience in the field of corporate law/business law/finance/corporate taxation of around 1-2 years.You have a good command of the English and Chinese languages to treat legal issues for the related entitiesYou are comfortable working with IT tools and have knowledge of international standards is a definite asset.
