Your Responsibilities • Analyze the collected data regarding energy consumption(Electricity, Water, Heating Water) for whole plant: - Find Trend/abnormal point - Inform Facility Team for deeper analysis • Create a Dashboard which is combined with MES/MIS etc., with Power BI/Tableau to show: - Trend of Energy consumption - Production Status (On site Management/Job Rotation/Qualification Matrix etc.) - TPM Status (Point Inspection, regular Maintenance etc.) - Equipment Downtime and Alarm Reason (Weekly/monthly/quarterly reports etc.) - Other demands in terms of digitalization • Visualization report design, development, operation • Supporting data maintenance of reports and dashboards • Analyze production performance, identify energy waste points, make improvement recommendations and follow up on implementation to continuously optimization Our Requirements • Bachelor Degree or above major in computer science, statistics, mathematics, software engineering, or related fields • Proficient in SQL, can use Python for data cleaning and analysis • Familiar with BI visualization tools and can use Tableau or Power BI • Good knowledge of data mining techniques, including regression, tree model, neural network, NLP 5 • Understand management process, operation process and technological process of the production system • Sensitive to data, with keen insight and analytical ability • Work experience as a data analyst or in related fields • Demonstrated experience in handling large data sets and relational databases • Fluent in German or English • Good communication ability; a strong sense of responsibility as well as teamwork • Integrity and value-driven working style, compliant to rules and regulation • Action oriented work style Our Offer Great opportunities for professional and personal development Diverse and challenging tasks Individual training International working environment Free canteen Free shuttle bus service
