Job Responsibilities: 1.Assist the IBD team to follow up overseas IPO projects, participate in project meetings, and write meeting minutes; 2. industry and company research analysis and output high-quality research reports; 3. Assist in tapping the customer needs of the companies to be listed, conduct in-depth interviews, help customers accurately locate their advantages, and analyze the market size, industry competition, and the companys competitiveness and sustainable profitability in the industry;Independently conduct； 4. Assist the team to maintain long-term and good cooperative relations with financial professional intermediaries such as law firms, private equity funds, and accounting firms of overseas underwriting sponsors, investment bank departments, issuers and sponsors; 5. Other tasks explained by superiors. Job Requirements: 1. Master degree from a leading university,; 2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese, strong interest in the financial markets, strong analytical and numerical skills; 3. Fulfilment of all necessary licenses for carrying out securities and other regulated activities; 4. Positive, highly motivated individual who exhibits his leadership and management qualities; 5. Strong team player able to work effectively in a team environment.
