Job description:

- Obtain an overview of Crew cabin Plan of Asia Fleet and analyze the situation. 

- Propose and implement a new Crew cabin Plan in line with Costa Fleet.

- Obtain an overview of Crew Data Input in Mistral SW.

- Identify the shortcomings and remedy the situation. 

- Identify and propose a working model for Crew Data Input.  

- Understand the new Development scheme of Shipboard personnel.  

- Manage the set-up of the scheme and participate on implementation. 

- Propose a working model of the scheme for all involved.   

- Liaise with all Departments, Genova HQ, as well as Shipboard and Manning and Recruiting Agents.

Job requirements:

- Bachelor or above degree, major in Science / HR.

- Data Analytics, Project Management, HR Basics.

- Fluent English speaking, reading and writing.

- The internship period is preferred from June to August 2018.
