Support the International Mobility APAC team to manage all International Assignees in/ out China, Asia and JPAC region. Ensure company policy alignment and compliance in the implementation.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
● Run the dashboard and data verification via digital platform.
● Support to calculate Annual Net Compensation, including Cost of Living, Quality of Living, medical insurance, pension etc. and draft assignment letter for international assignment.
● Initiate tax briefing and enroll international Insurance plan for international assignee.
● Support mobility team’s meeting arrangement and take meeting minutes in English.
● Sort all the external vendors’ invoices and prepare the payment request.
● Track all the payment records for foreign assignees’ relocation related expense and so on and update the reports regularly and filing related contracts correctly.
● Support mobility team to keep tracking on contract expiry management with regard to Immigration, School, Housing, Benefits, etc. via suppliers and digitial system.
Requirements:
● Work three days a week in the office at least.
● Internship duration is at least for 6 months.
● Fluent English in both oral and written.
● Computer Science, Accounting, Human Resources, English major and other related major is preferred .
● Computer literacy: Intermediate to advanced Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
