工作地址：静安区灵石路飞利浦大中华创新科技园区（1号线上海马戏城、7号线行知路有接驳车） Job Requirements 能力要求 -  1st year or 2nd year in the graduate study.   研一、研二在读；（本科生亦可） -  Passed national bar exam. 通过司法考试； -  Majored in law in undergraduate and graduate study Passed CET 6 with score above 550. 本科及研究生为法学专业，大学英语六级分数高于550； -  Be able to be on duty 3 days/week. 可每周至少工作3天 Ÿ Be able to be on duty at least 6 months, over 9 months would be a plus.可工作至少6个月，9个月以上优先考虑 -  Be competent or have relevant experiences to meet the requirement setting out in Job Description. 有较好能力或相关实习经验可达到以下工作描述中的要求 Job Responsibilities 工作职责 - Conduct legal research    法律问题检索； - Conduct translation for daily legal agreements & documents (English to Chinese; and Chinese to English)  日常法律文书及合同翻译（中英互译） ； - Collect and update legal regulations or cases related to company operation  收集、更新与公司运营相关的法律法规或案例； - Assist  legal counsel to review legal agreements  协助法务审核部分合同； - Other duties assigned by legal department, such as prepare training materials (PPT), collate legal documents, etc .  完成法律部交办的其他工作，如准备培训资料（PPT）、材料整理等。
