ID verification; Issue/Scan and send email to P & CPO
Provide Welcome Letter to students
Confirm remittance with IS; Q5 to HK; Email to Canadian branch and cc IS
Provide Deposit Certificate to students
Related internal reports (daily register); Filing
Answer daily client enquiries
Term Deposit Opening
ID verification & Dow jones check
Get line manager approval (Low/Medium clients) ; Get OM approval
Provide remittance route to client and KYC filing; Contact clients for TD request or rollover/TT out application (original)
Funds received, send email to Capital markets; Provide TD receipt to clients (by mail)
Follow up with clients for instruction before maturity; Filing
Reporting
Weekly embassy report
Weekly Dow Jones check for existing clients (manual)
Term deposit Pipeline Tracking Report (Collect and consolidate data from RMs)
Total Balance of BMO China Co.Term Deposits (daily register of TD based on TD request emails)
QUALIFICATION
5 working days per week, 4 months at least
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with clients on product instruction and process flow description via phone
Strong learning skills
Sincere, patient and easygoing: better with sweet voice on the phone
Fluent in English and Mandarin
Well-disciplined with ability to manage multiple assignments efficiently under pressure
Preferably with working experience of internships on commercial service
Strong skills on the use of technology tools e.g. Microsoft Office, internet explorer
