Job Description: • Process and manage CoE technical requests regarding quality, food safety and regulatory compliance in the region. Provide timely,sound feedback to internal and external customers. • Coordinate the food safety and quality related communication & requirements among the manufacturing sites, distributor and customer for imported products from Europe, USA, China etc. • Coordinate customer complaint for CSST AP customers; focus on complaint communication, product quality issue/problem clarification, follow up on investigation and customer feedback. • Collect, analysis, review and report the quality performance and customer feedback regularly. • Manage the related food safety and quality documentation for traded products. Localization or translate the quality related documentation based on customer requirement; confirm the specifications, COA and solve the problem that resulted by the different regulation/requirement between export and import area. • Work closely with regulatory affairs specialist on understanding the latest up to date mandatory requirements of region. Collect related documents and take lead for prodcut registration in China, provide necessary support to the staffs of other regions for the production registration in local FDA or authorities. • Arrange 3rd party test of related products and provide the report to the commercial team in time. • Work with FSQR Customer Relations CoE lead, CoE experts of other regions, production site as well as product line to build the database/sharepoint that can be used by all related departments.\ • Coodinate and prepare CoE work record monthly report. • Conduct CoE training like IMPAS, LEAP,use of CoE sharepoint etc. for the staffs whom needs to work with. • Accomplish the other assignments arranged by manager.
Requirement : • Excellent write / read / speak fluent in English; • Strong learning agility • Degree in food Sciences or relevant internship experiences (quality management, quality assurance, customer complaint or regulatory affairs); • Prefereed training in QA and understanding of food hygiene and food safety systems; • Basic analytical and problem solving skills; • Negotiation skills; • Basic communication skills with ability to effectively communicate with customers and related function team; • Team-spirited; • Influencing skills; • Must be good at Windows, Excel, Word, PowerPoint; • Ability to work on various high priority projects simultaneously. A high degree of self-sufficiency is indispensable; • Reporting and presentation skills.
