MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Set up and maintain Sales order in Suzhou QAD system and relevant QAD operations required by plant;
2. Sales contract hard copy sign off /chop and proper stored per internal audit requirements;
3. Maintain and develop sales price database for all contracts including sales contract management system CMD;
4. Customer website maintains and daily monitoring;
5. Execute sales contract review and maintain all sales documentation;
6. Support on administrative issues, such as Suzhou meeting organization, customer visit Suzhou transportation/meal , welcome board etc arrangement;
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in economics or engineering is highly preferred;
2. Good ability of MS-office
3. Customer-oriented, good sense of responsibility and team work spirit
4. Good communication skills in English/Chinese, both written and oral
