BMBS Vehicle Asset Management Intern

Basic Information

4. Other: 3000RMB pre-tax salary for full time; Internship certificate is granted upon completing internship; Daily fresh fruits

Job Description

1. Support on special vehicle usage supply for internal events (add the allocated vehicles into system for each usage request, cross check gate-in & gate-out, and car usage master data)

2. Provide support on different Project for the whole team (such as assist in analysis or simulation as requested)

3. Preparing spec check for PT cars in collaboration with Product Management, collect, update and structure different vehicle information

4. Follow up various approval process of service payment & contracts

5. Other jobs assignment & cross functional communications arranged by supervisor

Qualification Requirement

1. Remain student identity during whole internship

2. Can guarantee 5 days a week for 6 months

3. Familiar with MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

4. Good oral and written English with proficient communication skills

5. Detail-orientated and quick learner

6. No specific major requirements, but general economics/logistics will be a plus.

6个月每周5天全职的实习，不过偶尔有事时可以请假。希望尽快入职。

接触公司核心部门核心业务, 主要工作是支持部门管理工作。

工作任务丰富有趣，需要特别细心负责，熟练运用基本的MS office技巧。

实习工资是税前3000RMB，每天供应免费饮料、咖啡、水果，
