Responsibility工作职责:
- Support on daily operation of Tmall function;
天猫渠道日常运营操作支持;
- Collaborate with Tmall/JD for resource booking, keen on platform priorities, and consumer moments;
与天猫/京东合作进行资源预订,关注平台优先级和消费者时刻;
- Support in initiate digital promotion and online campaigns to drive traffic and sales;
支持发起数字促销和在线活动,以推动流量和销售;
- Assist in online product assortment planning, CRM management and traffic operations;
协助在线产品分类规划、CRM管理和流量运营;
- Conduct daily communication with TP/other vendors to keep track of the performance in order to meet agreed tasks;
与TP/其他供应商进行日常沟通,跟踪绩效,完成任务;
- Support in reporting, data analysis and sharing in order to optimize store performance.
支持报告、数据分析和共享,以优化商店性能。
Requests工作要求:
- Good communication skills both in Mandarin and English;
良好的中英文沟通能力
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PPT and other office applications.
熟练使用Excel、Word、PPT等办公软件
- Fast learner, good at thinking with logical mind and detail-oriented;
敏捷学习,逻辑思维强,注重细节
- Able to handle repetitive data process, work under pressure, prioritize tasks;
能够处理重复的数据过程,在压力下工作,优先处理任务
- Internship attendance: at least 3 working days per week,min. 6 months.
实习出勤要求:每周至少3个工作日,实习期至少连续六个月
