Key Responsibilities 1. Combine the VDC’s & Hub’s operation data report on daily basis; 2. Information update to shared disk for summary of the payment to service provider and the handling volume of VDCs & Hubs on monthly basis; 3. Check the de livery time and signature of the transfer order’s; 4. Handover sheet update and check on monthly basis . 5. Update the tropical storm status on weekly basis . 6. Office administration (claims, signature chops process, conference room booking, etc.)

7. Complete other tasks arranged by department accordingly.

Qualification 1. Reliable, cooperative, enthusiastic and willing to support team work. 2. The one who can work 4-5 days per week, 6 months in total and MUST be student. 3. Fluent in English, German is a plus. 4. Solid proficiency in office software. 5. Must be enrolled in university for the whole duration of the internship. University is required to offer permission for students to do internships.

6. Driving license is preferred.
