白皮书项目介绍：

继2016、2017年励媖中国《中国女性、职业与幸福感白皮书》调研后，今年，我们又一次携手德勤中国发起全国调研——探讨阻挡职场女性“向前一步”的挑战，旨在衡量女性职场满意度和幸福感、探索职场晋升的挑战，尤其是职场妈妈的晋升瓶颈。通过这次调研，我们希望助力职场女性走向属于她们的职业巅峰，

一）实习生（研究/数据方向）

1. 协助完成白皮书项目的研究，参与市场调研、数据分析并配合报告撰写

2. 整理提炼报告的观点，产出逻辑清晰和具传播意义的文案

3. 配合线上线下传播执行

岗位要求：

1. 具有较强的文字功底和流利的中英文表达能力

2. 对社会议题有较强的思考能力，具备国际化视野，并能产出观点

3. 有数据可视化经验和量化分析经验者优先

4. 曾参与撰写行业报告者优先考虑

5. 商科、社科、新闻传媒背景者优先

二）实习生（项目/活动方向）

1. 协助完成白皮书项目的宣传发布，参与流程管理，志愿者调度

2. 协助与社群、企业间的合作，参与会议、记录跟进需求、与合作伙伴的沟通

3. 负责项目的跟进和执行，确保项目按照时间线和要求顺利推进

4. 负责对白皮书项目相关的内容运营，在各媒体终端的选题、执行、出稿及质量管理等整体规划，包括在微信、微博、今日头条等媒体平台的内容生产及运营

岗位要求：

1. 具有较强的文字功底、创意、策划、执行能力以及敏感的内容嗅觉

2. 具有相关大型论坛/活动经验者优先

3. 具有高度的责任感和执行力

4. 具有较强的沟通、谈判能力。

5. 商科、社科、新闻传媒、视觉传达背景者优先

实习生前提要求：

1. 能保证3个月，一周3天以上的实习期（研究全职５天实习优先）

2. 大三及以上，研究生优先

3. 春节前后入职均可

Intern recruitment丨Lean In China

Location：Beijing CBD

Introduction of White Paper Program：

Through the “Women, Work and Happiness” survey launched together by Lean In China and Deloitte China every year, we hope to obtain a comprehensive understanding of the current status and future trends of women in the workplace, to provide examples of effective practices and further recommendations for women to progress in the workplace. This year, we hope to understand the reasons for the progression gap, in particular any bottleneck faced by working mothers and to measure wellness of women in the workplace. We hope through this survey we will be able to create a more conducive work environment for women and to help more women advance in their careers. We sincerely invite you to participate in this survey. 

I) Interns (Research/Data Direction)

1. Assisting in completing the research of white paper project, participate in market research, data analysis and report writing.

2. Assisting in organizingand refining the views of the report and produce clear and communicative texts.

3. Cooperating with on-line and off-line communication & execution

Required Skills and Experiences:

1.Fluent in both written and oral English/Chinese

2. Strong thinking ability on social issues，have an internationalization view and be able to produce creative opinions.

3. Experience in data visualization and quantitative analysis is preferred

4. Priority is given to those who have participated in the preparation of research reports.

5. Business, Social Sciences and Media background are preferred

II) Interns (Project / Activity direction)

1. Assisting in the completion of the white paper project publicity release, participate in process management, volunteer scheduling

2. Assisting with community and business cooperation, participate in meetings, record follow-up needs, communicate with partners

3. Being responsible for the follow-up and execution of the project to ensure that the project progresses according to the timeline and requirements.

4. Being responsible for the content management of the white paper project, the overall planning of the topic selection, execution, submission and quality management of each media terminal, including the production and operation of content on the media platforms such as WeChat, Weibo, and today's headlines.

Required Skills and Experiences:

1. Have strong writing skills, creativity, planning, execution ability 

2. Experience in relevant large forums/activities is preferred

3. High sense of responsibility and execution

4. Have strong communication and negotiation skills.

Intern prerequisites:

1. At least 3 months, 3 days per week or more during the internship period is required (research direction，full-time 5 days internship preferred)

2. Juniors and above, graduate students preferred

3. Can be employed before and after the Spring Festival

Priority is given to those who have the following conditions：

1. Overseas internship and exchange study experience

2. Responsible, executive, and proactive

3. learning ability, self-discipline and efficient, clear and logical thinking, innovative thinking

4. Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills
