Responsibilities:
•
On-boarding/Leaving service including laptop application, system access application as well as policy/process orientation
•
Sample management and complaint compensation process
•
Sales contract processing and SIMS data update
•
Office Administration work support as necessary
•
Assist with commercial processes including distribution weekly report and policy delivery
•
Tendering support (non-provincial tenders)
•
Other sale support as required
Qualification Requirement
•
Bachelor degree or above.
•
Admin experiences in multi-national company
•
Proficient at oral & written English and Chinese-Good PC skills
•
Excellent communication / interpersonal skill
•
High sense of responsibility
