Job Description:
1. Support department to deal with internal and external administration work in a confidential manner, and make sure SEWC departments to keep the high performance.
2. Assist HR to deal with posting jobs on internal and external channel, recruitment, check-in & out process and other issues.
3.Other works: meeting arrangement, including meeting room booking, meeting minutes, etc; stationary application; other necessary tasks for department.
Requirements:
1. Master/Bachelor Degree is preferred.
2. Fluent English in reading and writing.
3. Fluent PC application(Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
4. Good communication skills.
5. At least 6 months internship.
