Objectives: X-Seed internship program is the brand new initiative, aiming to elevate Employer Branding and attract & engage high profile young talents, to support company future growth and transformation. The candidate will be actively involving in and contributing to this program landing and implementation. Tasks: • Develop intern management dashboard and analyze program performance. • Optimize intern process through daily hands-on activities (incl. recruitment, intern activity organization, lifecycle management). • Support feasibility study and implementation on new digital tools. • Contribute to employer branding activities, coordinate and follow up for each event. • Provide consultation for interns and Business Units on internship topics.
