HR Intern

JD:

- Main responsibility of intern recruitment for global beauty/FMCG/ local FMCG/ back office department, including taking recruitment request, sourcing, interviewing, offering, onboarding, offboarding, etc.

- Assist HR operation works, such as employee information filing/ onboarding preparation/training,etc

- Assist full lifecycle of permanent employee, such as recruitment/training/C&B/ onboarding &offboarding,etc.

- Other works assigned from supervisor

Request:

- Grade 3/4 students can work in the company upon get written approval from the university; other students can only work from home for the internship.

- Work at least 4 days/week

- Fluent oral/written Chinese/English skills

- Highly self-motivated

- Sense of responsibility
