Support the China Supply Chain team on supply chain activities in the context of SAP implementation.
Responsibilities:
1/ Support the Supply Chain team on SAP implementation and post Go Live activities:
- Responsible to perform transactions in SAP:
- purchase orders,
- goods receipt,
- sales order for free goods and internal sales
- etc..
- Coordinate masterdata creation of new vendors / customers
- Coordinate golden tax invoices issuance with Supply Chain and Finance team
- Responsible for other ad hoc tasks
2/ Coordinate free goods & internal sales orders
- Prepare orders with SC team and admin assistant
- Connect with 3PL to ensure on time delivery
- Etc..
3/ Perform sales record in customs system
- Upload sales data into importation & exportation system
- Build SOP

- Full time availability is ideal, at least 3/4 days available per week, supply chain / logistics related major is preferred,internship experience in FMCG company in Supply Chain department is a plus.
