Job Description:
• Support sales team (retail stores / EC stores) to well use clientele tool and other CRM tools. (create accounts, update accounts, necessary training, urgent issue support…)
• Assist line Manager to manage client data in customer database, ensure an optimum accuracy, integrity, security of clients databases.
• Billing and documenting, China market intelligence & market trend collecting
• Generating CRM reports regularly based on business needs.
• Clientele tool / API / Other CRM accounts management
• GWP management
• Financial/Admin related management
