In this role, you will assist HRSS team for expatriates service and other administration roles.
1.Handling inquiries and request internally and externally, keep a smooth communication with Global vendors.

2.Assist in suppliers fee note preparation and invoice collection.
协助供应商完成联合利华规范的付款材料,安排付款并妥善保管发票的存档和记录。
3.Be responsible for assignees' housing/schooling payment directly to landlord & school, no late payment.
负责及时支付外派员工的住房租金及学校学费付款。
4.Maintain full records of assignee's contract/payment related documents for tax audit.
管理外派员工的合同及付款记录,确保符合国家税务合规要求。
5.Company internal purchasing /payment management system operations.
操作公司内部采购、付款系统,和财务保持有效沟通。
6.Assist in employee documents management
负责管理员工入离职信息和相应人事资料
Requirements;
1. Bachelor degree, fresh graduate is acceptable, HR/Fin working experience is a plus;
2. Good oral and written English language skills;
3.MS EXCEL skills
