HR Intern

The independents is a marketing communication group of Luxury ,Fashion and Lifestyle. Created through the merge of K2  and Karla Otto  Scope of services comprehends Event, PR, integrated communication strategy.

The group hosts all of its companies in a building near the Bund.

Mission:

·         Assist in recruitment process such as managing job advertisement ( Job posting & renew; CV screen; interview schedule coordination)

·         Update candidates’ database: recording new candidates & upload interview notes

·         Help to issue offer and on the preparation of onboarding documents and orientation sessions

·         Help on intern program with universities and weekly recruitment report

·         Support the entry and resignation procedures

·         Staff person file & database management & maintenance

·         Work together with the visa agency for the working visa application

Qualification:

·         Highly organized individual

·         Flexible and self motivated

·         Interested in development professional career in HR/ Admin related function

·         Good English is a plus
