职位描述：

Background -

Sephora, a division of LVMH – Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton global luxury leader, is a global leader in beauty retailing. It successfully operates 2,000+ points of sale across the Americas, Europe, Middle East, and Asia. It aims to animate the most loved beauty community in the world

Sephora China’s presence spans 200+ stores and 4 online platforms. It has experienced rapid growth in the country with more stores to come

Sephora China is looking for a business intelligence intern who will support data-driven decision-making across the business. The role is in Business Intelligence China team and will be based at Sephora China’s HQ in Shanghai

Duration -

Ideally fulltime but not compulsory

You’ll need -

Experience and motivation in analyzing large datasets and translating it to business insights

Able to use excel. SQL and data visualization platform capabilities (eg, Tableau, Qlik, Domo, etc.) would be a plus

A passion for solving problems with data and a relentless drive to explore what the data tells us

To be a fast learner and eager to try new things

Written and oral fluency in Mandarin and English

University students, preferably in engineering, computer science, or business-related fields
