Description This job takes the creative and challenging works of daily product management activities. The candidate will work with international talents in top VR company-HTC Vive and has chance to be full-time employee with brilliant career growth.

Duties

1. Assist product manager to do product and market research and data collection, do competitor analysis, product requirement analysis, market analysis and users’ pain points analysis. Do proposal and summary report based on analysis result. 2. Assist product manager to evaluate product solution following product requirements. Draft product requirement documents, product mindmap and product process chart. Drive and coordinate product development schedule, follow product activities and lead the improvement of user experience. 3. Assist to do technical evaluation for advanced VR technology, propose VR industry solution, do product training for the internal /external partners and support event activities.

4. Assist to do program management, coordination and communication with support teams and push the assigned program to on-time deliver with quality and efficiency.

Skills & Competencies: 1. Have passion about VR industry, like to study new technologies and technology applications in the commercial products, user experience-orientated , full of curious and pursue to the perfect for the product. 2. Bachelor or above degree, engineering or computer science background, good understanding for hardware or software in high technology. VR industry experience is better. 3. Excellent communication skill, data analysis ability, program management skill. Have bilingual written and verbal Chinese and English skills. 4. Have initiative and team-work, like to work in start-up atmosphere, can take responsibility without authority, like to share and communicate with team members.

5. Internship experience in top high-tech or start-up is preferred, candidate with top university degree is preferred.

主要职责：

1. 进行产品和市场数据的收集和整理，VR竞品（硬件，软件和交互）分析、需求分析、市场分析及用户问题的反馈和解决。

2. 协助产品经理根据2B和2C市场和用户需求，验证产品功能，撰写产品思维脑图、流程图和需求文档，推动及协调产品的开发进度，跟踪验收产品，负责用户体验的收集和问题完善。

3. 进行产品的技术验证，行业解决方案设计和实施，对内对外的产品培训和展会支持。

4. 协助管理项目进度，与各个部门和合作伙伴不断沟通，推动项目按时落地，同时保证项目的质量和效率。

 

任职资格：

1. 热爱VR行业，有硬件技术背景，对新生事物有强烈的好奇心，逻辑思维能力强，动手能力强。

2. 本科以上学历，工科或计算机专业。有产品思维和商业意识，对科技硬件和软件的产品有较深理解。

3. 抗压能力强，能快速学习，具备较强的沟通能力，数据分析能力，项目管理能力，能熟练使用英语撰写报告和国内外沟通。

4. 工作主动积极，有责任心，有团队协作精神，在快速变化的环境中具有自我管理和学习驱动能力。

5.  有VR行业实习经验者优先，有创业经验者优先。
