E-Commerce Operations Intern
Location: Shanghai
Availability: 4-5 days per week, 3-6 months (Long-term commitment preferred)
- Key Responsibilities
Multi-Channel Operations: Maintain daily foundation and maintenance for Tmall and JD stores; drive daily operations for emerging RED (Xiaohongshu) channels, coordinating KOL pure-commission/new-customer collaborations, sample logistics, and promotion mechanisms.
Inventory Management: Participate in product lifecycle management, taking ownership of daily multi-channel stock monitoring, fragmented size/color tracking, and replenishment follow-ups.
Visual Merchandising (VMD) Execution: Partner closely with Design and Operations teams to execute visual updates and asset replacements across homepages, content feeds, and product detail pages.
Campaign & Live-Stream Support: Assist in pre-campaign preparation and add-to-cart data tracking for platform mega campaigns (618, Double 11); coordinate asset synchronization, sample management, and basic performance post-mortems for in-house live streams and celebrity/ambassador events.
- Qualifications
Basic Requirements: Current undergraduate or postgraduate student.
Personal Attributes: Strong commercial aesthetic and fashion sensitivity, coupled with a rigorous attention to detail and a strong sense of accountability.
