order to assure the max resonance, support Marketing team in coordinating and
guiding the digital agency

in developing clear guidelines of brand visibility and animation (incl. POSM,
promo mechanics implementation,…)

E-commerce platforms:
work closely with EC team in declining the project also for EC

PR: operational management and coordination
with local PR agency

ROI: Monitoring, evaluation
2/ Assist on promotion tools
and POS materials development

Under yearly activation calendar,
develop effective promotion tools and POS materials based on activation purpose
and specific needs of each channel;

Co-work with BDMs to offer tailor
made trade support for top accounts;

Tracking POSM delivering and
execution, to ensure all the POSM being in market OTIF.
4/ Payment &
PPE Tracking
-
Under supervision of brand/trade marketing,
work with external(agency) and internal(finance) to ensure confirmed quotations
will be paid timely;
Organize payment tracking to ensure
team has right picture about PPE spending.
5/ Competitor Monitoring and Analysis
-
Collect competitor information/market
activity on regular basis to help team stayed updated by constructive report.
Requirement:
1.Full time availability is ideal, at least 3/4 days available per week, internship
experience in FMCG company in Mktg dept is a plus
2.At least year 3 or 4 in 985/211 university, business related major is preferred
3.MS
Office fluency, strong user of Chinese digital platforms (Wechat, Weibo, e-commerce,…)
4.Mother-tongue in Chinese and fluent in English (compulsory)
