RESPONSIBILITIES - Locating demand generators and hotel supply of various markets across China to facilitate feasibility studies and deal approval process; A. Conduct desktop research to verify information of the Hotel Census and Pipeline Database, including key count, opening year, brand affiliation and geographic location; B. Identify key demand generators for selected brands in target markets; C. Deploy the Tableau software to map the demand generators and hotel supply; - Conduct research on economic and hotel market dynamics to formulate preliminary assessment of the macro markets for selected hotel brands; - Provide assistance with financial analysis and strategic development initiatives if necessary;

- Support departmental efforts on data analysis, event organization or other ad hoc requests;

REQUIREMENTS - Majoring in Hotel Management, Tourism, Real Estate Investment, Finance or Economics; - Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office Software; - Strong communication skills in Chinese and English; - Professional, proactive and responsible;

- Availability to work at least three days per week;
