Job Summary
1. Gain deep understanding of surface treatment chemistry and e-coating. Develop innovative products/solution on surface treatment for automotive industry.
2. Plan and organize laboratory work, maintain records of the research, present project results in form of discussions, reports and presentations.
3. Ensure compliance with corporate SHE standards, policies, and procedures.
Responsibilities
1. Focus on the major project, deep dive into the fundamental chemistry, actively seek solutions from multiple aspects, drive the directions of the solutions, join intense discussions, write reports and presentations.
2. Possible lab support to other projects and lab management.
3. Strictly follow Lab SHE, 5S requirements.
Required Qualifications
1. Bachelor student (4th year), Master student or Ph.D student, major in chemistry, material science, chemical engineer et al. Inorganic chemistry, hybrid material background is preferred.
2. Able to work fulltime for 6 month, or part time (3~4 days per week) for 8~12 month.
3. Fluent in oral and written English.
4. Independent researcher and team player.
5. Curious and quick learner.
