Internship Program Description

Introduction to FM Global and the field engineering department.

Research and obtain information on the which are the relevant standards, guidelines, codes of practices, etc related to fire protection system designs and maintenance, natural hazards as well as construction.

Work with various engineers and supervisors to determine the priority of comparison both in terns of countries and category.

Document gap analysis and create power point presentations that can be shown clients to highlight the key differences between the standards.

Conduct reviews of drawings of construction, equipment, fire protection, natural hazard particulary in desktop flood study based on FM Global guidelines and to provide input in completing the report writing.
Qualification:
Currently studying Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering degree with majors in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Civil/Structure, Environmental Engineering
Able to commit to at least 8-12 weeks full time during summer or winter holiday
Good written and communications skills in English
