Responsibilities
Assist with the trend digest project, i.e. identify, generate , distill, Chinese / East Asian market trends and people insights of skin care, make sure the learning is highly relevant, actionable and engaging
Manage KOC panels with external partners to generate insights to inform CP skin health across functions and regions
Assist with ad-hoc market analysis of skin care market across three CP skin health brands
Assist with innovation concepts aesthetic polishment with combination of beauty art sense & consumer centric science
Requirements
Passion for people insights and skin care, Well-informed of / closely follow skin care market dynamics of China, a critical thinker with perspectives of cultures and society
Strong insights-distilling capability and curiosity for “ whys”
Chinese native speaker + highly proficient in written and spoken English , English native speaker-level is highly desired
Strong presentation skills, with a storytelling-mindset
Proficiency in Google slides, sheets
Experienced in handling large data sets
Proficiency in video editing and graphic design
Previous work experience with skin care brands / knowledgeable about Japanese / Korean beauty market / vocal on social media as a lifestyle KOC will be a huge plus
Commitment of working 3 days of a week
