Job Description The Area: Morningstar China business team aims to empower domestic wealth management institutions, fund companies, distribution platforms, and individual investors by leveraging core capabilities in data, tools, research, and advisory solutions. We support clients in making informed, long-term investment decisions amid complex market environments. The Role: As a Business Development Analyst intern, you will assist in detailed requirements analysis of Business Development Opportunities, YTY Revenue and P&L, etc., meanwhile, you will also support meeting memo summary of business leaders’ meetings. Responsibilities: Collect the key sales-related data and Finance data from different internal teams. Assist in maintaining business development analysis sheets, provide further analysis and highlights by reconciling the data from each team. Support meeting memo summary and documentation of business development meetings and discussions. Requirements: 1. Current enrollment in master's degree, Finance-related major is preferred. 2. Proficient in MS Excel, Outlook and Word, with programming skills (Python/SQL/Java) preferred. 3. Candidates with internship experience in the primary market and investment banking will be given priority 4. Self-directed, detail oriented and strong logical mindset. 4. Task-oriented and good communication skills, both in Mardian and English. 6. Creative thinker with analytical problem-solving skills, curiosity, and critical thinking abilities. 7. At least 3 months’ availability with 4-5 days/week.
