工作职责

德勤中国全球交付中心（以下简称GDC）担负着为德勤中国各成员所提供服务支持的重任。GDC 财务咨询专业人员将为德勤中国财务咨询在项目交付支持、专项工作支持和IT开发等方面提供服务。GDC 通过构建专业能力、统一资源整合、规模化流程化的集中处理，形成高效率、高标准化的交付模式，为项目交付、客户服务、业务发展和管理提升提供远程支持。 Software Developer(软件开发工程师)主要负责德勤财务咨询领域的软件产品的开发与技术实现工作。根据开发进度和任务分配，开发相应的软件模块，并进行必要的测试；根据需要及时修改、完善软件。  Software Developer is responsible for development and technical implementation of software products in Deloitte FA, including developing corresponding software modules and carrying out necessary tests based on development schedule and order assigned; and modifying and improving the software as needed. • 与高级工程师和事务所主题专家（SME）密切合作，协助设计和开发特定产品功能； Work closely with senior developers and in-house subject matter experts to help design and implement well-defined product features; • 在高级工程师的指导下，参与架构和技术的不断更新和推进，以构建用户快速接受的和出色的用户体验的规模化产品； Under the guidance of senior developers, participate in continually modernizing and advancing the architecture and technologies used to build a scalable product focused on quick user adoption and a great user experience; • 通过实施增强功能和修复缺陷来维护、发展和改进现有产品； Maintain, evolve and improve the established product by implementing enhancements and fixing defects; • 参与团队敏捷环境建设，并提供有助于改进流程的反馈意见。 Participate in a team agile environment and provide feedback that helps improve the process.

任职资格

• 本科及以上学历 - 计算机工程，计算机科学，软件工程，电气工程，电子工程，信息系统，信息管理或其他相关专业； A bachelor's degree or above – major in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, EE (Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering), IS/IM (Information Systems, Information Management), or other relevant majors; • 大学英语四级或以上，或同等资格（如雅思6.0或以上），具备良好的英语书面和口语能力； CET-4 or above, or equivalent qualification (e.g. IELTS 6.0 or above) having an excellent command of written and spoken English; • 有IT服务提供商，研究机构，咨询/咨询公司或其他机构实习经验者优先； Internship in IT service providers, research institutes, consulting/advisory firms, or other business organizations is preferred; • 拥有编程经验者优先； Hands-on programming experience is preferred; • 良好的沟通技巧，并承诺提供高质量成果； Strong communication skills with high commitment to quality client service; • 团队协作能力强，保持诚信。 Be a team player committed to maintaining the highest levels of integrity. • Need to join GDC internship first, will convert to full-time employee after internship performance evaluation 需参加全球交付中心项目实习，根据实习表现给予转正
